So, if I was to write one of these for you it would sound something like this…..
Here is four years of therapy in five minutes,
We really do become what we think,
if you feed your mind garbage then you become garbage,
Emotions, are not problems, they are signs,
Fear is there to show you what’s really matters,
Anger is there to show you that your boundaries have been crossed,
Depression is living in the past,
Anxiety is living too far in the future and
Motivation won’t change your life, changing your habits will.
Your past is a only a chapter, it does not have to be your whole story but you do have to be grateful for it so you can learn from it and then decide if you want to stay living there.
Whatever triggers you in this world is a sign that something is unhealed inside of you so learn to stop as it’s happening and workout what that might be.
Control is a total illusion and the only real power you have in this world is who you are and what you’re doing with your time.
At the end of the day, it’s simple,
Your thoughts shape you,
Your habits build you,
Your choices define you and
Life isn’t that short unless you waste your time.
I am going to leave you with this final thought. I wish someone had of said it to me a long time ago….
“Fustrated” is not a word,
neither is “supposably” or
“expecially”.
So, if you’re ever in a conversation with a human being that uses one of those words and it’s not humanly possible for you to react or make fun of them, inside I need you to know, my heart is with you and you can get through this moment! And yes, people like that can make you dumber, but only if you respect their opinion, so don’t!
